Dr. Ramos Kelly Sandy Johnston
Jaime Ricardo Ramos Kelly M.D., F.A.C.S. is world renowned bariatric and metabolic surgeon in Tijuana, Mexico. Dr. Ramos Kelly, F.A.C.S. graduated from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalagajara’s Medical School in 1993. Since then, his entire career has been dedicated to bariatrics. With over 17 years of experience, Dr. Ramos Kelly has preformed over 5,000 bariatric surgeries, including gastric band, gastric bypass, gastric sleeve, sleeve plication and revision surgeries. Before becoming a surgeon Dr. Ramos Kelly served in the U.S. Military and was born in West Branch, Michigan.
Dr. Ramos Kelly has completed much of his training in the United States. For example Dr. Kelly finished a Trauma Research Fellowship at Los Angeles County Hospital, the University of Southern California and Healthcare Network, General Hospital, Los Angeles CA in 2003. He also completed a 3 year Transplant Fellowship in 2000 at the Michigan Transplant Institute Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
